Environmental Compliance and Water Cost Reduction through Effluent Treatment at Fuel Stations
The Effluent Treatment Station for Reuse (PRO ETE) for fuel stations or fuel retail outlets is a compact and automated system for treating wastewater from vehicle washing, oil change, and refueling areas, with the aim of preparing the generated effluent for subsequent final disposal or reuse of the treated water.
The implementation of an effluent treatment system brings advantages to the fuel station, including compliance with regulations, environmental awareness, and cost savings through the reuse of treated water in the vehicle washing and cleaning of the fueling area. In this way, the effluent treatment system meets the requirements of water quality standards outlined in Decree 8468/76, Art. 18 and 19 A, Conama No. 273, Conama No. 430, and other applicable regulations.
