Grease trap made of polypropylene

The Grease Separator Box (PRO GORD) is a prismatic module designed to be installed in industrial or domestic sectors with the generation of effluents containing solid waste mixed with liquid effluent, such as in food industries, kitchens, and refrigerators, preventing the drag of these residues into the network or ETB.

It is made of polypropylene (PP) with UV protection, offering high thermal and mechanical resistance, safety, ease of maintenance, and guaranteed watertightness, allowing for a preliminary treatment of the effluent.

The sizing of the box allows the grease, which is less dense than water, to rise to the surface of the box and be retained, enabling the liquid effluent, free of solid waste, to proceed to other stages of treatment and be directed to the appropriate sewer network in accordance with CONAMA resolutions 20 and 430. The grease retained in the process is then removed and properly disposed of.

Installation: in kitchens and dining areas, it should be sized to handle the flow of biological effluent generated, starting from 1 cubic meter per hour.
