Why implement an industrial effluent treatment station?
The Industrial Effluent Treatment Station for Reuse (PRO ETE) is a compact and automated system for treating wastewater from small, medium, and large industrial activities. Tratamento de Efluente Industrial para Reuso (PRO ETE), é um sistema compacto e automático de tratamento de águas residuais provenientes de atividades industriais de pequeno, médio e grande porte.
The effluent treatment system, model PRO ETE, is designed to meet the need for treating effluents arising from activities such as vehicle washing, parts washing, laundries, workshops, maintenance areas, oil change operations, and industrial activities generating effluent requiring treatment to adapt it for final disposal or reuse of treated water.
The implementation of an effluent treatment system combines compliance with laws, environmental awareness, and savings in potable water consumption through its reuse in everyday activities in industries and businesses that do not require high-quality water. In this way, the effluent treatment system meets the requirements of the water quality standards of Decree 8468/76 Articles 18 and 19A, CONAMA No. 273, CONAMA No. 430, among other current regulations.
Check the Advantages and Benefits of the Effluent Treatment Station
- Automatic system, lower operational commitment;
- Mobile and compact design;
- Low-cost installation, maintenance, and operation;
- Complies with environmental regulations;
- Water treatment guarantee;
- Technical and operational system training;
- Optional final polishing with ozone;
- Automatic or manual filter backwashing;
- Modular treatment system;
- Manufactured in polypropylene PP with UV protection, extending the system's lifespan;
- FRP filters longer lifespan without corrosion or rust;
With its own manufacturing of effluent treatment stations, Projeto Ambiental designs and sizes each effluent treatment system to meet the needs of each project, with physical-chemical and biological treatment processes, use of technologies such as ozone, ultrafiltration membranes, and other techniques ensuring the efficiency of the treatment station and the quality of the treated water.
The Effluent Treatment Station for Reuse (PRO ETE) is an environmental solution with a short to medium-term return on investment for companies that incur costs for the disposal of effluents to third-party companies, or have a high cost associated with water consumption in the industrial process.
We offer ease in the acquisition and implementation of treatment systems, with options for purchase or lease agreement by subscription of the effluent treatment stations, accompanied by a specialized team to conduct technical, operational, and analytical monitoring of water and effluent treatment stations.
Industrial effluent treatment process
Each effluent has its own physical-chemical characteristics, which impact the definition of the treatment process that ensures efficiency and quality of the treated final water. Mostly, effluent treatment processes occur through physical-chemical systems, starting with the separation of coarse solids and oily emulsion in separator boxes, moving to the treatment station where it consists of a mixing tank for dosing chemical reagents, a settling tank for contact time and chemical reaction, and final polishing with water filtration in columns of filtering elements of various granulometries and specifications.
