Regularize your company by obtaining the Federal Technical Register with IBAMA
The Federal Technical Registry of Potentially Polluting Activities and/or Users of Environmental Resources (CTF/APP) is the mandatory registration for individuals and legal entities that perform activities subject to environmental control, regulated by the normative instruction. No. 6, of March 15, 2013 and amended by Normative No. 11, of April 13, 2018, and Instruction Normative No. 17, of June 29, 2018.
IBAMA establishes a normative and technical classification system for identifying activities that require registration in the CTF/APP.
The Federal Technical Register of Activities and Instruments for Environmental Defense (CTF/AIDA) is the mandatory registration for individuals and legal entities dedicated to technical consultancy on ecological and environmental problems and to the industry and trade of equipment, devices, and instruments intended for the control of activities that are effectively or potentially polluting (Annex I of the Normative Instruction of 10/2013).
For what situations is it useful?
This Registration serves to identify these individuals to the National Environment System (Sisnama), generating relevant information for environmental management in Brazil.
What is the benefit for the company/client in registering for the CTF?
Meeting legal requirements proven through the issuance of a Certificate of Regularity.
The Certificate of Regularity is the certification by which IBAMA attests that the registered person's data complies with the obligations arising from the Registry, related to activities under IBAMA's control and supervision. It is provided for in Normative Instruction No. 6, of 2013.
